2. MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Magna Media International, Inc. reserves the right to add to, delete from, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time.

3. ACCEPTANCE / TERMINATION. Magna Media International, Inc. reserves the right to deny YOU admittance into this Webmaster Affiliate Program, or to terminate YOU from this Webmaster Affiliate Program at any time for any reason. Also, Magna Media Inc. may terminate this Webmaster Program at any time for any reason. Magna Media International, Inc. will provide e-mail notification of denial of admittance or of termination.

4. VIOLATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Violation of any or all of these Terms and Conditions is grounds for termination. In all cases, Magna Media International, Inc. shall be the sole determiner of whether a violation exists and may act on good faith suspicion alone.

5. AGE REQUIREMENT. In order to participate in this Webmaster Affiliate Program, YOU must be over the age of 18 or of the legal age, depending on local regulations.

6. PAYMENTS.
• Payments are made based on referrals during a two calendar month.
• Checks will be mailed on the1st of every second month for commissions earned the previous 2 months
• Commissions are paid on ALL sites purchased by the referred customer within the first 2 hours of the referral.
• Return referral Commissions are payable only when the customer visits directly from your referral link.
• Chargeback’s and returns will be deducted from commissions as they occur.

7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITY.
• YOU may not send traffic from any sites with content or advertising containing or referring to pornography.

If you engage in any prohibited activity, or in any similar activity or practice to accomplish similar results, your participation in this Webmaster Program will be terminated immediately as a violation of these Terms and Conditions. Magna Media International, Inc. shall be the sole determiner whether your have violated these Terms and Conditions.
